In accordance with the commitments made on March 26, 2021, when the Report of the Research on the French Archives Related to Rwanda and the Tutsi Genocide (1990-1994) was submitted to the President of the French Republic, the English translation of the main text is now published on the vie-publique.fr  website, April 7, 2022. It is accessible to the public without any restrictions.

This English translation was finalized by Renée Champion (PhD) - who translated the Report's conclusions with Diana Gonzalez (PhD) at the end of March 2021 - and was coordinated by Vincent Duclert, president of the Research Commission.

The French Report, available on the designated vie-publique page, remains the official version. The file for the endnotes is the same for both texts and is republished on this English vie-publique.fr page.

This English translation arrives at the same time of the online publication of the French translation of the Muse Report (A Foreseeable Genocide: the Role of the French State in Relation to the Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda), which will soon be made available on the official website of the Rwandan Government. The original English version of the Muse Report was published on April 19, 2021.
